What is a B.OK box?

B.OKideas is a gifting movement to support people going through life’s changes and challenges. Our B.OK Boxes contain hand selected items to help aid people going through these changes. Over the course of 63-days the recipient will be guided through meditation, mindfulness and self-care methods to work towards a more resilient and positive mind-set. The unique surprise envelope system prompts the recipient to open an envelope every 7-14 days to remind and encourage people to care for themselves.

How much does a B.OK Box cost?

A box costs $79.00 plus shipping. Domestic and International delivery rates may vary.

Can I choose what is in my box?

At the moment we do not have the option to choose what is in your box. However, each box comes with the option of sending a personalised letter to the recipient.

I love one of the products in the box, can I buy it individually?

Yes! All B.OK products can be found on our online Shop including extras not included in the box.

Products from partnered brands are not available on our shop, but may be available on their website.

How does B.OK choose what goes in the box?

The B.OK team works hard to include the most up to date and effective products and methods for its box. We work alongside industry professionals to tailor each product and envelope to provide you with the best in the business to ensure your receive the most our of your B.OK journey.

What if I have any special conditions e.g. skin/allergies?

One of the products is damaged or missing, can I get it replaced?

If there are any problems with your box, please contact us on smile@bokideas.com and we will investigate the issue and decide what sort of replacement is necessary. Please ensure you contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your box as we are only able to process replacement requests within this time.

What is the cancellation policy?

You are able to cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund up until it is shipped. Once it is shipped we are not able to cancel your order or offer a refund.

Can I update or change my billing and shipping details?

Yes, just contact us at smile@bokideas.com to make and changes to your purchase.

What is your refund policy?

If you wish to receive a refund, please email smile@bokideas.com with your request and we will get back to you.

Please note that requests must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the box.

What are your payment options?

All payments are made online through our website.

PayPal and Credit Card options are available for payment.

How often do the products in the B.OK Box change?

New boxes are released around every 6 months, however this may vary.
